Tasks
We are looking for a smart, driven, and detail-oriented Technical Writer with experience in RFPs, proposals, and technical documentation. You will play a key role in crafting transparent, compelling, and accurate responses for clients, as well as producing internal and customer-facing content.
The ideal candidate is technologically curious, eager to learn, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and write high-quality RFP/RFI/proposal responses and supporting documents
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and customer-friendly content
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to gather required information
- Maintain and update proposal content libraries and templates
- Develop technical documentation such as Product overviews, Feature descriptions, Technical FAQs & Process documentation
- Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and branding across all documents
- Manage timelines and deliverables independently
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Proposal Writer, or similar role
- Proven experience with RFP/RFI or proposal writing
- Strong understanding of technology or SaaS products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and products
Nice to Have
- Experience working in SaaS / AI/enterprise software
- Familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO)
- Basic understanding of AI, automation, or cloud technologies
