We are seeking a Technical Writer who can transform complex technical concepts into explicit, accurate, and engaging content that enables customers, partners, and internal teams to succeed.
The Opportunity
As a Technical Writer, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Designers, Customer Success, and Support teams to create high-quality technical documentation for our cloud platform, APIs, integrations, and product capabilities.
You will play a critical role in improving product adoption, reducing support dependency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through world-class documentation.
What You'll Do
- Create, maintain, and improve product documentation, user guides, implementation guides, release notes, and knowledge articles.
- Develop API documentation, integration guides, and developer-facing content.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Translate highly technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
- Establish documentation standards, style guides, and content governance practices.
- Own documentation for new product launches and feature releases.
- Conduct documentation reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Collaborate with UX and Customer Success teams to identify content gaps and improve customer enablement.
- Drive self-service experiences that reduce customer effort and support cases.
