We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer with at least 2 years of experience to create and maintain high-quality documentation for our products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Product Managers (PMs), Marketing, and Engineering teams to develop clear and concise technical content, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) to create technical assets and documents as current features are released.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to provide documentation for marketing material development.
- Develop feature guides and maintain technical documentation in Confluence and our Zoho knowledge base.
- Create installation guides for installable products to assist users with setup and deployment.
- Maintain and update all documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in the software/IT industry.
- Strong understanding of technical documentation, user guides, and installation manuals.
- Proficiency in documentation tools like Confluence, Zoho, MS Word, and Google Docs.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including PMs, Developers, and Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of Markdown, HTML, or other technical writing formats (preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with API documentation and technical content structuring.
- Basic knowledge of Markdown, HTML, or CMS tools.
- Exposure to version control tools (Git, Jira, etc.).
