Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Techno-Commercial Executive to promote and sell Concrete Cover Blocks, Cement, Construction Chemicals, and Concrete Admixtures to builders, contractors, RMC plants, infrastructure projects, consultants, and dealers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through site visits and customer meetings.
Promote Concrete Cover Blocks, Cement, Grouts, Waterproofing Products, and Concrete Admixtures.
Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, structural consultants, and project managers.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
Coordinate site trials and provide technical support related to concrete applications and admixture usage.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders.
Follow up on enquiries, payments, and collections.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and MIS records.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in construction materials, cement, concrete, RMC, cover blocks, admixtures, or building materials.
Basic understanding of concrete technology, cement properties, and construction practices.
Valuable communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to interact with project engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication. ()
Willingness to travel for site visits and customer meetings.
