01Role Overview
This is a techno-functional SAP consultant role focused on solution design and business alignment rather than hands-on configuration. The consultant will work closely with HR and Payroll stakeholders to design SAP Payroll and Time Management solutions while coordinating with implementation vendors responsible for system configuration.Key Skills / Experience8+ years of experience with SAP Payroll (US & Canada) and SAP Time ManagementStrong understanding of payroll processes and statutory requirementsExperience designing payroll schemas, wage types, and time management rulesExperience working with BSI Tax Factory and US tax regulationsAbility to work with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholdersExperience guiding implementation partners performing system configurationNice to HaveSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or EC PayrollExperience in global payroll transformation programsFamiliarity with SAP Benefits configurationKey ResponsibilitiesPartner with HR and Payroll stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP payroll/time solutionsLead solution design discussions for SAP Payroll and Time ManagementGuide technical implementation partners responsible for configurationSupport integration design with BSI Tax Factory and other payroll systemsParticipate in architecture discussions, blueprinting, and design workshopsSupport testing cycles and UAT validation .
