Techno-Functional Consultant Flexcube

Engage directly with customers to understand business needs and gather detailed functional and technical requirements. Analyse customer requirements and design appropriate functional and technical solutions. Perform end-to-end development activities in Oracle Flexcube, including customization, configuration, coding, and integration, ensuring solutions meet business and technical expectations. Take ownership of development deliverables, ensuring quality coding standards, timely completion, and adherence to project requirements. Prepare comprehensive requirement documentation, functional specifications, and technical design documents. Work as an individual contributor, taking ownership of assigned modules, development tasks, and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. Track development progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Provide post-development support, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, defect fixing, and enhancements. Support testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Support deployment, production release, and post-production stabilization activities. Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance activities. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Flexcube, with strong functional and technical expertise. Intensive hands-on development knowledge in Oracle Flexcube. Strong understanding of Flexcube modules, architecture, and integration points. Experience in customer interaction, requirement gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions. Proven experience in development, customization, issue analysis, and defect resolution. Experience working as an independent individual contributor. Familiarity with RAD (Rapid Application Development) tools. Experience in requirement documentation, testing support, and project tracking. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
