The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical skills with team leadership and a strong understanding of application development. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers. Design, develop, and maintain applications using Angular and .NET . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features. Ensure application performance, quality, scalability, and responsiveness. Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. Contribute to software architecture and technical decision-making. Drive successful project delivery using Agile methodologies. Required Skills Strong experience with Angular and TypeScript . Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, or ASP.NET . Good understanding of RESTful APIs and web services . Experience with SQL / SQL Server . Understanding of full-stack development and software architecture . Experience leading or mentoring development teams. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience working in Agile environments . Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, BCA, BTech, MTech, MCA, MSc, or a related field.
