You have a fantastic opportunity at Teknikoz for the role of Cybersecurity Project Manager with 10-14 years of experience. As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, your primary focus will be on Cybersecurity Project Management. Your secondary responsibilities will include Delivery Governance, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and Stakeholder Management. To excel in this role, you should hold certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) with Agile and Cybersecurity certifications being preferred.
To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum Bachelor of Engineering degree along with 12-14 years of core IT Project Management experience across at least 3 domains. Your experience should cover areas such as IT Server deployment/refresh, VM/Cloud provisioning, IT Service Management, and preferably Cybersecurity within Financial Services or global corporate provider settings.
Your expertise will be crucial in managing IT infrastructure/server refresh and Cloud migration projects right from the conceptualization phase to closure. You must have proven experience in transitioning projects from Delivery to BAU/Support, encompassing activities like OAT, OLA, configuration/change management, server build, disaster recovery, and service monitoring.
As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end project delivery which includes scope definition, planning, estimation, scheduling, status reporting, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication. Your role will also involve managing Benefits, Quality, Resource, and Project Planning to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes. You will drive RAID log management to closure, oversee team management, and handle escalations effectively.
Collaboration across global teams will be a key aspect of your role, where you will act as a key liaison for governance forums, tollgates, and steering committees. Utilizing tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow for tracking and reporting purposes will be essential. Additionally, you will deliver strong presentations using MS PowerPoint and provide customer excellence in large-scale Cybersecurity/Financial Services environments.
Your strong knowledge of Cybersecurity IT, risk/controls quantification, NIST/FSS frameworks, and HSBC controls will be beneficial in this role. Proficiency in performance evaluation, change management, and industry-standard controls will be required. Being a positive, professional team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills for global environments is crucial.
