About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate qualified leads, and maintain regular follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English and be comfortable handling Indian clients over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.Generate and qualify sales leads.Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.Explain company products and services professionally.Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.Required Skills
Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.12 years of Telecalling or Sales experience.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Good follow-up and relationship management abilities.Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.Preferred Skills
