Hiring for Telecollection Executive:
Location: Tin factory, Bommanhalli (Bangalore)
Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Week Off
Salary: 20,000 to 22,000 In-Hand | CTC Up to 28,000 + Incentives up to 15,000
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Collections, Recovery, or Outbound Calling preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers on pending payments through outbound calls.
- Negotiate and encourage timely repayments.
- Resolve payment-related queries and update call records accurately.
Required Skills
- Good communication in English, Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
