Job Responsibilities
- Sell IDFC financial products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products through outbound/inbound calls.
- Explain product features and resolve customer queries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 01 year of sales/telesales experience (Freshers can apply).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of financial products is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English and any one of these regional languages:
- Kannada
- Tamil
- Bengali
- Odia
- Malayalam
