01Overview
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to handle customer follow-ups, verify leads, coordinate meetings, and ensure leads move smoothly through the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Make verification calls to customers based on previous visits conducted by BDEs.
Understand and clarify customer doubts, concerns, and questions after the BDE visit.
Follow the standard calling SOP for every customer interaction.
Re-assign leads to the appropriate executives based on the customers requirement and location.
Coordinate with customers and executives to schedule meetings based on customer availability.
Make 7080 calls every day, prioritising leads based on BDE visits.
Maintain accurate updates on customer status, feedback, and next actions in the CRM.
After completing verification calls, start working on leads in the existing sales pipeline.
Ensure every assigned lead has a clear next step and follow-up date.
Work closely with BDEs and sales executives to ensure no lead is missed or left unattended.
