We are a premium luxury resort brand offering high-end stays, private villas, curated experiences, and corporate outings. We are expanding our sales team and looking for result-driven telesales professionals who can convert leads into bookings and long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote resort stays, memberships, and packages
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and maximize revenue generation
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about resort offerings

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
Follow up with leads regularly and close sales efficiently
Coordinate with the on-ground sales and operations team
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 years of telesales experience (mandatory)
Background in life insurance, health insurance, credit card sales, or hospitality sales preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
Fluent in English + Kannada ( Hindi is an added advantage)
Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Working Days: 6 days a week
