Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller & Lead Qualifier who will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, consistency in calling, and the ability to handle a high volume of leads efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80120 outbound calls daily to potential leads
- Qualify customer interest and schedule 812 appointments per day
- Follow up with 2030 warm leads daily
- Maintain accurate daily call logs in Excel or CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales (B2B preferred)
- Fluent in Gujarati , Hindi & Basic English
- Clear voice and confident telephone communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM tools
- Age between 2030 years
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: 12,000 15,000 per month
- Incentive: 100 per qualified appointment that converts into a sale
Compensation: 12,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
