ESSAR MANAGEMENT SERVICES PVT. LTD. is hiring Telecaller / Collection Executives for our office operations.
Job Responsibilities
Make calls to customers regarding pending payments and follow-ups.
Communicate professionally with customers and explain payment details.
Follow up with customers and maintain proper call records.
Achieve assigned collection and performance targets.
Update customer information and daily activities in the system.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
Requirements
Minimum 10th Pass.
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Previous telecalling / collection experience is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Compensation: 12,000 20,000 per month
Performance-based incentives.
PF & ESIC as applicable.
Immediate joining available.
Office working environment.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM 5:30 PM
