We're hiring: Telecallers (Bengaluru)
thecarecircle is growing more parents are finding verified nannies every week, and we need warm, clear communicators to keep that circle running.
What you'll do:
Speak with a care giver and get caregivers verified
Coordinate with nannies to confirm availability and interest
Follow up on verification requests and keep families updated
What we're looking for:
Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi; English and Tamil are a big plus
Comfortable making 120+ calls a day with patience and empathy
Prior telecalling / customer support experience preferred; freshers with outstanding communication welcome
