Telecaller / Customer Support Executive (Inside Sales) (Sadar Bazaar)

- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone. - Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing leads. - Follow up on quotations and pending orders. - Explain Trendydice products and services professionally. - Generate qualified sales appointments for the sales team. - Maintain customer records in CRM. - Coordinate with the sales and production teams for order updates. - Resolve customer queries and provide excellent support. - Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can also apply). - Excellent Hindi communication skills. - Basic English communication preferred. - Good persuasion and customer handling skills. - Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM is an advantage. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
