Telecaller / Customer Support Executive (Inside Sales)

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone. Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing leads. Follow up on quotations and pending orders. Explain Trendydice products and services professionally. Generate qualified sales appointments for the sales team. Maintain customer records in CRM. Coordinate with the sales and production teams for order updates. Resolve customer queries and provide excellent support. Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can also apply). Excellent Hindi communication skills. Basic English communication preferred. Good persuasion and customer handling skills. Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM is an advantage. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
