Telecaller (Digital Healthcare)

UNIDOC Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing digital healthcare company providing ABDM-certified Hospital Management Software (HMIS) and healthcare technology solutions to hospitals across India.
Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Update call details and lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Gujarati is mandatory.
- Marathi proficiency is an added advantage.
- Confident in speaking with hospital administrators, doctors, and other decision-makers.
- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, MS Excel, and CRM).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
- Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, customer support, or healthcare sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
