01Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and cold calls to potential customers (from provided data as well as self-sourced leads) regarding property projects
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to prospects
- Generate fresh leads through cold calling and identify genuine buyer interest
- Qualify leads and pass them on to the sales team
- Fix appointments/site visits with interested customers
- Maintain and update call records and customer database (CRM)
- Follow up regularly with warm/cold leads to convert them into site visits
- Achieve daily/monthly call, cold-calling, and lead generation targets
02Requirements
- Positive communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software preferred)
- Freshers welcome; telecalling/cold calling/sales experience is a plus
- Confident, target-driven, and persistent attitude comfortable handling rejection
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
