Job Responsibilities
* Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls.
* Explain our products and services professionally.
* Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
* Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
* Maintain call records and update Excel reports.
* Coordinate with team for lead conversions.
* Able to attend call from india mart .
Requirements
* Excellent communication and convincing skills.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel etc.).
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Previous telecalling/customer support experience is preferred.
