Telecaller Lucknow (India)

Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers. Explain services clearly and confidently. Maintain records of calls and update excel with relevant details. Follow up on previous interactions to ensure lead conversion. Handle customer queries in a polite and skilled manner.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduate preferred. Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English will be a plus). Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer service is an advantage. Confident, energetic, and result-oriented. Must be based in Lucknow or willing to relocate. Advantages: Fixed salary between 8,000 - 10,000 per month. Performance-based incentives.
