01Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers/dealers and provide required information.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, payments, and other requirements.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth order processing.
- Assist in preparing reports, maintaining records, and other operational activities.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely closure.
- Support the team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Learn and follow company processes, policies, and systems during the training period.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Freshers can apply.
- Willingness to learn and develop in telecalling and operations.
