We are hiring Telecallers for our loan sales process. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding their financial requirements, and assisting them with suitable loan products. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain loan products such as Personal Loan, Home Loan, and Business Loan . Understand customer requirements and check basic eligibility. Generate and follow up on leads. Coordinate with customers for required documents. Maintain regular follow-ups until the loan process is completed. Achieve monthly sales and calling targets. Maintain accurate customer and lead records. Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in English, Hindi and/or Marathi . Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Basic knowledge of computers and calling applications. Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets. Sales and telecalling experience in banking/loan processes will be an advantage.
