About the Role
We are expanding our team and looking for experienced professionals from the Payday Loan / Short-Term Loan industry to join us as Telecallers. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong Customer calling experience in the lending space.
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound calling for loan process coordinationExplain product details, documentation requirements & onboarding process to customersGuide customers through the loan application journey end-to-endAddress customer queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experienceMaintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
Required Skills
13 years of experience in customer calling, preferably in the loan/lending industryStrong communication and customer handling skillsAbility to explain financial products clearly and build customer trustComfortable with outbound calling volumes and a target-driven environmentRequirements
Prior experience in the Payday Loan / Short-Term Loan / Instant Loan sector is strongly preferredWillingness to work from office. .
