Job Responsibilities
- Call potential customers from provided lead lists.
- Introduce our CCTV and security solutions professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
- Build relationships with dealers, distributors, and business clients.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication is a plus.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day.
- Valuable persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Candidate
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Experience: 02 years.
