* 10,000 20,000 per month
- Salary will be offered based on skills, communication, and experience.
Job Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
- Explain Wedding Alliance services and membership plans to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide the best possible assistance.
- Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into registrations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English communication is an added advantage).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, or Customer Support.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Candidates
* Experience in the Matrimony industry will be an added advantage.
