01Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided scripts.
- Explain and promote our pest control services and offers effectively.
- Understand customer needs, answer queries, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Collect and update customer data and call records accurately.
- Maintain good relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Support the sales team by providing quality leads and feedback.
- Actively participate in digital marketing training sessions provided by the company.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
