Job Responsibilities
Call prospective exhibitors from the provided database
Introduce company exhibitions and explain participation benefits
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule appointments for field executives
Follow up with existing prospects
Maintain customer information in CRM
Attend incoming phone calls professionally
Welcome visitors and manage front office activities
Coordinate with different departments when required
Maintain daily call reports
Requirements
Good communication skills in Tamil and English
Hindi is an added advantage
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Friendly and confident personality
Freshers can apply
Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred
