We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer inquiries professionally. Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups and order confirmation. Explain DISOCAL products, pricing, and usage to customers. Convert customer inquiries into sales. Maintain customer records in Excel or CRM. Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and feedback. Coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth order processing. Resolve customer queries politely and professionally. Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets. Preferred SkillsExperience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or healthcare/pharma is a plus, but not mandatory . Ability to build rapport with customers. Sales-oriented mindset and follow-up skills. .
