By bringing causelists, live court updates, and essential case information onto a single platform, Court Click helps users stay informed and manage their legal matters more efficiently. About the Role We are looking for a Telecalling and Customer Support to connect with lawyers and litigants, introduce them to Court Click, assist them with their queries, and help them choose the right plan. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, explaining products, and working towards sales targets. You will be provided with leads and will be responsible for converting potential users into active and paying customers. Key Responsibilities Contact lawyers and litigants using leads provided by the company.Introduce Court Click and clearly explain its features, benefits, and subscription plans.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans.Follow up with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.Convert leads into active and paying Court Click users.Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.Handle customer questions and assist users with basic issues and concerns.Build positive relationships with potential and existing customers.Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.Collect customer feedback and share useful market insights with the team.Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve customer acquisition and user growth.What Were Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.Ability to build rapport and maintain good customer relationships.Good persuasion and negotiation skills.Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.Ability to explain information clearly and confidently.Proficiency in Malayalam and English is required.Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Good to Have Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, business development, or customer service.Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, or customer management platforms.Experience working with sales targets or performance-based roles.Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
