In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers and investors, qualifying leads, pitching real estate projects, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Contact prospective clients from provided databases to introduce real estate projects and residential/commercial property solutions.Lead Qualification: Assess client requirements, budget, timeline, and location preferences to identify serious buyers.Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate property site visits for potential clients with the field sales team.Follow-up Management: Maintain regular contact with prospective leads, address initial queries, and nurture relationships throughout the buying process.CRM & Record Keeping: Accurately update call logs, client details, interest levels, and follow-up dates in the database/CRM.Requirements & Qualifications Languages: Proficiency in Odia and Hindi is required; basic knowledge of English is a strong advantage.Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and telephone etiquette.Prior Experience: 6+ months experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or customer support (preferably in real estate, insurance, or banking) is a plus.Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and comfortable handling objections professionally.Perks & Benefits Competitive base salary + attractive sales incentives/bonuses per converted lead.On-job training and continuous mentorship.Career advancement opportunities into real estate sales and team management roles.Compensation: 12,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
