01Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Telecom OSS Developer with strong expertise in C++ development, Linux/Unix environments, and Telecom OSS/BSS systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting telecom network management and OSS applications while collaborating with global customers and cross-functional teams. This role requires strong problemsolving abilities, handson development expertise, and a deep understanding of telecom protocols and network management concepts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Telecom OSS platforms and network management applications.
Develop robust and scalable solutions using C++, STL, OOPs concepts, and Design Patterns.
Implement and optimize multi-threaded and concurrent applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues and defects.
Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
Contribute to technical solution design, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
Support deployment, performance tuning, debugging, and continuous enhancement activities.
Participate in Agile development processes, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of telecom solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 48 years of relevant experience.
Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent.
Minimum 4+ years of handson experience in C++ Development.
Experience working in Telecom OSS/BSS environments and network management domains.
