MyDocsy is building a new kind of healthcare delivery system where patients are guided to the right doctor, treatment, centre, cost and time instead of being left to navigate healthcare alone.
We are hiring extremely hungry, articulate and commercially sharp people who can speak to patients, understand what they need, build trust quickly and move them towards the right next step in their care journey.
You will speak to patients who have actively enquired about treatments, second opinions, doctors or hospitals and help convert that interest into consultations, diagnostics, OPDs and procedures across the MyDocsy network.
You will work using structured clinical workflows, AI-assisted scripts, decision-support systems and escalation protocols developed by our doctors.
You do not need to be a doctor.
But you need to be exceptionally good with people.
What Youll Actually Do
You will own patients from the moment they enter the MyDocsy funnel.
That includes:
Calling new patient leads rapidly after they enquire.Understanding their primary health concern and what they are currently looking for.Asking structured questions using MyDocsy's AI-assisted clinical scripts.Collecting symptoms, reports, previous diagnoses and treatment history.Understanding urgency, geography, affordability, insurance status and treatment intent.Explaining how MyDocsy works in simple, reassuring language.Building enough trust that the patient actually takes the next step.Scheduling free second opinions, specialist teleconsultations and OPDs.Following up relentlessly but respectfully with undecided patients.Coordinating report collection and doctor review.Helping patients compare appropriate consultation, diagnostic and hospital options.Coordinating appointments, quotations, insurance and treatment logistics with internal teams.Recovering patients who stop responding or drop out of the funnel.Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.Escalating clinical questions or red flags immediately to the appropriate doctor.Staying involved until the patient reaches the appropriate next stage of careWho can apply
