Telemarketing Executive-Corporate Sales (IT Industry)

Sparc Infotech Pvt. Ltd., an 28-year-old IT infrastructure and solutions company based in Lajpat Nagar-2, New Delhi, is looking for a Telecaller to handle corporate client outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to corporate customers and generate interest in company products/services

Write professional emails and manage bulk mailing campaigns

Follow up with clients to fix meetings and appointments for the sales team

Pitch for new business and identify potential leads

Maintain call records and follow-up trackers

Requirements:

Prior telecalling/telemarketing experience is a must

Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)

Comfortable working with MS Outlook, MS Office

Confident, target-driven attitude
