01Key Responsibilities
Educate clients about the terms of the Insurance Policies they have purchased.
Also, educate them about the claim processes, documentation requirements, and timelines.
Call customers to ensure they have received proper service and assistance from the sales team.
Collect feedback regarding service satisfaction and address any unresolved issues proactively.
Escalate complex issues to the Claims Manager as required.
Have to do calling on the fresh data and sale policies through tele calling
Compensation: 22,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
