Role Description The Telemarketing Specialist role at Saish Capital is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the specialist will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote financial products and services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up consultations. Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, explaining Saish Capitals offerings clearly, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. The specialist will work closely with the sales and advisory teams to support campaigns, manage call lists, and meet set targets for lead conversion and client engagement. The role also involves handling basic customer inquiries, providing courteous support, and adhering to compliance and quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, convert inquiries, and support revenue goals.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to handle queries, resolve concerns, and maintain client satisfaction.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including fluent spoken English and local languages as applicable.Basic understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to learn and explain loan, investment, and planning solutions.Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or call center environments is preferred.Comfort with using telecalling tools, CRM systems, and standard office software.Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with sales and advisory teams.Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage. .
