Tele Sales Executive
Role & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products and services to customers.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/data.
Handle customer queries professionally and build strong customer relationships.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Freshers can also apply.
Prior experience in telesales or telecalling is preferred.
