Job Title: Telesales Executive (Banking Process Inhouse Sales)
Location: Navi Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executives for a Banking Process in Navi Mumbai. This is an in-house sales profile, where candidates will be responsible for promoting banking products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain banking products
- Promote and sell products like Loans, Credit Cards, and Insurance
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain customer database and follow up for closures
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
- Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
- Prior experience in Sales/Banking/Insurance/Telecalling will be an added advantage
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in English (Mandatory)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Passion for sales and target-driven attitude
- Basic knowledge of banking products like Loans/Credit Cards/Insurance preferred
