Salary: 15,000 25,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
Weekly Off: Sunday
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate with relevant experience
Languages: Marathi, Hindi & English
Age: Up to 45 years

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate leads from provided data.

• Promote financial products including Loans, Credit Cards, Mutual Funds & Fixed Deposits (FDs).

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Follow up with interested customers and coordinate case processing.

• Collect and verify required customer documents.

• Maintain records of calls, leads and follow-ups.

• Convert leads into successful cases and achieve monthly sales targets.

Who Can Apply

• Experienced candidates in telesales, telecalling, banking or financial services are preferred.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.

• Target-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals.

• Basic knowledge of financial products is an advantage.
