Execute high-volume outbound calls to warm, company-provided leads. Pitch, negotiate, and successfully convert prospects into active clients within the Forex, CFD, and Indian Stock Market domains. Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly conversion and sales targets. Function effectively in a retention capacity to ensure continued client engagement and trading activity. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales pipelines. Experience: 1 to 5 years of dedicated experience in Telesales, Conversion, or Retention roles specifically within the Indian Stock Market, Forex, CFD, and Other industries.
