Job Description:
\* Manage and lead a telesales team of 2030 members along with 23 Team Leaders
\* Drive team productivity, lead generation, and sales performance
\* Plan and execute BTL activities, campaigns, and brand promotions
\* Monitor daily operations and ensure targets
\* Recruit, train, and motivate team members
\* Handle reporting, backend operations, and performance tracking
Eligibility:
\* Minimum 1 year experience as Assistant Manager / Team Leader role
\* Candidate must be from insurance sector
\* Overall 36 years experience in Sales
\* Solid leadership and communication skills
\* Graduate preferred
Compensation: Up to 65,795.31 per month
