Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven TeleSales Executives to join our growing sales team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Subscription-Based Sales. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers over calls and virtual meetings, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on assigned leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services effectively.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and guide customers through the features and benefits.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Subscription-Based Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
Compensation: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
