Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven TeleSales Executives to join our growing sales team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Subscription-Based Sales. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers over calls and virtual meetings, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on assigned leads.
Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services effectively.
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and guide customers through the features and benefits.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Subscription-Based Sales.
Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
Compensation: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
