Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain and sell medical and hospital products
Follow up on leads generated through the customer database and other sources
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system
Handle customer queries and objections professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with the teams for smooth policy processing
Collect feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 0-3 years in telecalling, telesales, or sales
Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
Skills:Solid communication skills
Basic knowledge of medical and hospital products is an advantage
Familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office
Target-driven with a positive attitude
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Compensation: 12,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
