About the Role
We are looking for a Telesales executive for Voice process to handle customer sales and calling.
Location:Manimajra, Chandigarh
Hindi calling Process.
Salary: 12,500 to 23,000 inhand take home
Requirement: Fluent in Hindi
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound telesales customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries via phone.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in hindi.
Qualifications
- 12th Pass and above
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in Pharma calling required for experienced.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
