Telesales Executive - Full Time

Pointo is building a nationwide, organized battery distribution and service network focused on electric vehicles (EVs). Through this network, Pointo offers affordable, leaseable, and loanable batteries to EV owners, reducing the upfront cost of battery ownership. The companys model allows EV users to lease or exchange batteries throughout the life cycle of their vehicles, improving flexibility and accessibility. By addressing both current and future needs of EV users, Pointo supports wider EV adoption and contributes to a more sustainable mobility ecosystem. The Telemarketing Executive role at Pointo is a full-time, on-site position based in North Barrackpore. In this role, the individual will make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential and existing customers, introduce Pointos battery leasing and loan solutions, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. The Telemarketing Executive will explain product features, answer customer queries, and provide clear information on pricing, plans, and service processes. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate call records, updating CRM or call logs, following up on leads, and coordinating with sales and operations teams to support conversions. The role also involves handling basic customer support issues, gathering feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement in customer communication. Candidates should possess strong lead generation and sales skills, with the ability to identify prospects and convert them into opportunities. Candidates should possess customer service and customer support skills to manage inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns. Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including working with call logs, CRM tools, and spreadsheets. Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center roles is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in North Barrackpore, manage high call volumes, and meet performance targets. Comfortable communicating in English and local languages, as relevant to the customer base. a higher educational qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage. .
