Requirements
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree.12 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Basic knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office.Ability to work under targets and deadlines.Fluent in English and Hindi
