01Responsibilities
* - Make outbound calls to generate leads for home insurance, vehicle loans, and home loans - Explain product benefits and eligibility to potential customers - Collect customer documents and coordinate with sales/processing team - Maintain daily call reports, follow-ups and update CRM - Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets - Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries *
02Requirements
