Make regular outbound calls to retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and existing customers. Generate new business leads through telecalling and online sources. Take product orders and follow up for order confirmation. Promote new products, schemes, offers, and promotional activities. Maintain regular communication with dealers, distributors, and retailers. Follow up on pending quotations, orders, and payments. Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for timely order delivery. Maintain customer and dealer databases. Track daily sales, order booking, and customer follow-ups. Identify opportunities to increase sales with existing customers. Handle customer queries and coordinate for quick resolution. Collect market feedback regarding products, pricing, demand, and competition.
